MiDO Foundation represents a fundamental step in the MiDO journey: to empower and transform learners into skilled and proficient digital citizens. From working with teachers to integrate technology in classrooms to establishing Digital Hubs within existing classrooms in under-resourced schools, MiDO Foundation provides learners with the essential technical tools and skills needed for a successful career path.
Along with the Digital Citizenship Programme, MiDO Foundation aims to upskill learners in Google applications, and important topics like entrepreneurship and cyber awareness. Learners are also guided in essential life skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, drawing up a CV, and planning for a future beyond school.

MiDO Academy builds upon the foundational phase of the MiDO journey. The academy is an impact-driven social enterprise that bridges the gap between young adults seeking opportunities, employers needing work-ready talent, and supporting partners.
The academy offers three programmes: a comprehensive course focused on cybersecurity, IT training, and non-technical career pathways; an introductory IT programme; and a bootcamp tailored to industry-partner needs. Each integrates technical, soft, and personal skills to ensure balanced growth, laying a strong foundation for underserved youth to become well-rounded, fully equipped job candidates.
All training is tailored to in-demand skills through close industry partnerships, enhancing graduate placement by aligning skills with employer needs. By collaborating with organisations to remove financial barriers to education, the academy also provides partners with priority access to top graduates. Together, MiDO Academy and its partners are shaping the future by empowering the next generation of skilled digital professionals.



MiDO Technologies represents the final step in the MiDO journey, providing technical solutions to the digitally immobilised and offering work-integrated training to raise the next generation of IT specialists.
As an enabling partner for digital citizenship, they focus on developing accessible digital products that support Africa’s growth and inclusion in the digital economy. As an internship hub, MiDO Technologies offers a diverse range of internship opportunities within the cybersecurity field, catering to individuals with varying levels of experience and expertise. Their work-integrated learning approach allows students to gain real-world experience by delivering cybersecurity solutions to SME clients, supported by a low-touch AI platform and lead sourcing partnerships.
MiDO Technologies sustains its impact through product and managed service sales, alongside funding from enterprise development, skills training, internships, and grants.
